
Larry Garrett is a certified hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists and has been in full time practice since 1970, having the largest hypnosis practice in Chicago. He has taught at Wright College for 26 years. Larry has worked with many police departments in the Chicago area and many physicians and hospitals, assisting with medical procedures using hypnosis. He has traveled 30 states at over 400 colleges and schools demonstrating hypnosis, and been on over 100 radio and TV programs.
Larry has received many prestigious awards from the National Guild
of Hypnotists, two of the highest being the Rexford L. North Award
and the President’s Award. He has used hypnosis with many
corporations for smoking cessation and stress management including
Baxter Travenal, General Motors, Borden Foods, Kodak, RR Donnelly
and more. He writes a monthly column in a trade magazine on hypnosis
and a monthly community newsletter. He was asked by the former Iraqi
Government to come to Iraq to hypnotize Udai Hussein.
